Our fully staffed engineering and service departments are based out of the Erie office with managers and staffing on site as well as at our satellite office located near Syracuse, New York. Showroom and turnkey areas allow for hands on applications, training and turnkeys to take place at our facilities on a regular basis. A fully staffed parts department with a million-dollar inventory of parts and equipment provides rapid response to customers needing repair and replacement parts. Service Engineers drive vehicles stocked with a supply of commonly used replacement parts. Boldt Machinery also maintains its own delivery vehicle with a five-ton capacity for small machine delivery and set-up.

Boldt Machinery has developed a reputation for our technical capabilities. This capability is apparent in both the service and engineering departments. This reputation has served us well in developing new customers with needs for the elevated level of expertise that we can provide.

Boldt Machinery's main office in Erie, Pennsylvania consists of 19,000 square feet of space. This area is divided between the various departments with up to half of it available for machine demos and engineered projects.

Our Syracuse, New York office consists of 8,300 square feet of space. Over half of the space is available for engineering projects and turn-keys. Our New York based service and engineering group works out of this office as does our Syracuse based salesman.
